We guarantee to build the hard assets we claim, providing you with the infrastructure and consulting needed to achieve your business goals.
2. Reduced Initial Investment
For the first three months, you will pay a reduced rate for our services, allowing you to invest less upfront while we work to maximize your growth.
3. Performance-Based Commitment
If each month, after the first three months, you do not see at least twice as much gross revenue as your fixed monthly investment with us, we will change our compensation to a revenue-sharing-only model in the months in which this eventuality occurs. This means that we will be successful only when you are successful, ensuring that our interests are aligned.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LabScale.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.
4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Act. Arbitration will take place in London, United Kingdom, or another mutually agreed location.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website, and your continued use of our Services will constitute acceptance of the changes.
